When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly — your name, phone number, email address, and, for job seekers, profile details such as work experience, education, skills, resume, and profile photo. Employers additionally provide company details for their listings. We also automatically collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, device information) to keep the platform secure and working correctly.
A job seeker's profile, resume, and application details are shared with an employer only when that job seeker applies to one of their job listings (or, for resume-search access, when an employer with an active subscription searches the candidate database). We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, payment processing, email/SMS delivery), or when required by law.
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account. You can also request that we delete your account and associated data, subject to any records we're required to retain for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment records).
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access-controlled file storage — to protect your information. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.
